MNTA PR notable for what it does NOT say:

That is the most stupid comment i have ever read. News that moves the stock over 20% requires an immediate press release if not halting of trading, we will be lucky to not have a shareholder suit before 5pm. I almost bought at $17 first thing today since i could find no news thought it was just someone who needed out of a big position. if I bought i would have been lead plaintif.

    • WTF are you talking about? MNTA did not know when the Appellate Court was going to issue its ruling.

It would be nice if patent courts would call the stock exchange to request a trading halt when a material ruling is coming but, alas, it doesn’t work that way.

WTF are you talking about the company was 100% aware that the courts were going to make a ruling, since the final oral arguements were presented that morning with final ruling to follow and if you listened to the arguements you would hear that senior management was in the room so well aware that a ruling was coming on their one and only product which is clearly material no matter which way the court ruled. So like you, the company was clearly wrong.

I guess you have never heard of the SEC's regulation FD so STFU.

    • If you bought without knowing why the stock is tanking, you, sir, would have been lead idiot.
