There is no news on the horizon. The short interest has already cashed-in. The holders of this stock are those funds that are required to hold in their "bundles". At this point I agree, Short is the way to go. Sadly, the deals with Baxter will be fully explained by Management giving the competition freedom to copy the method with no protection.
