If the insiders "know it" as you infer, why aren't they selling everything? Why aren't they selling the marjority of what they own? Diller owns over $1B in stock, yet has sold only 4.5M shares recently, kaufman owns millions of options and still holds the vast majority, etc. Name an executive still employed and you'll find that they are holding the majority of their positions, not selling. What they know is that they have collected valuable companies with outstanding growth potential, although ones that come with a margin of risk as well. Up to you to decide when the stock has gotten ahead of itself in the short term or when the risks of the different subs outweight the growth potentials.
You're kidding, right?
You think this stock is going to continue to rise over the coming months and years? This was a short squeeze. The insiders know it, and they are selling it.
USAI is priced for 2010's earnings, assuming that the company actually makes the profit that claim to have coming.
So the man is selling some stock...BFD.
If I had millions and millions in one stock I'd sell some off and diversify too. It's just good business. Officers in all corporations do this....What is your point?
Old news if you have read previous posts. Based on the # of options he has, this is not significant. Sometimes, people need cash, and they cash in their options
"sometimes people need cash"
Thanks for the laugh.
Maybe they need the cash to defend against the shareholder and SEC cases?
