    Overhead Supply

The following is quoted from Barrons.com under 13-D filings. Considering Liberty Media has been unloading IACI for the past year or so, it would appear there are approximately 8-10 business days of overhang before IACI is rid of this massive seller!
The stock should rebound very nicely at that time depending at the market price when Liberty is completely out (or stops selling).
    " (IACI)
Liberty Media decreased its holdings to 17,091,209 shares (13%), by selling 1,578,003 from Feb. 2 to Feb. 9, at prices ranging from $20.85 to $21.68 per share."

    • Agree with your buy sentiment, generally.

But "Buy" when Liberty and Malone's tendrils are out of it. There's a reason Liberty/Malone liked this for owning and partnership.

      Why didn't it work? Google?

This whole issue was pretty well panned on Bloomberg before the market open (Bloomberg is for smarter investors vs. the sheeple that watch CNBC and that intellectually handicapped Mark Haines, etc)
