LOOK is an online advertising company valued at a 37% discount vs net cash + investments with what seems to me to be an improving business. The company has a proprietary software exchange platform for internet advertisements. The stock price is at $1.03 with over $1.40 in cash and investments. The company has over $52 mil in revs and the potential for significant rev and EPS growth. I think the company will either improve its performance and move up tremendously or be sold for a significant premium. Please do your own due diligence and let me know what you think? If I am correct the stock has 400%+ upside with downside limited by LOOK's strong cash balance and the potential for the company to be sold. I own a position in this stock.
