In the last several weeks, it was announced that the Company's auditor, KPMG had resigned as the Company's independent auditor. As set forth in a SEC filing made by the Company, KPMG asserted that the Company failed to provide KPMG information about the Company's reserves during the course of KPMG's review of the Company's financial statements.
