As a GBRC shareholder, I believe I could speak on behalf of many disappointed ones in our concern towards what on earth management has done (or intends to do) with this very viable technology? In an age where greed has destroyed the fiber of many good things in this country, I hope that this necessary technology has not fallen into the hands of those with questionable intent. The SEC needs to keep a real close eye on the current management of GBRC and not allow any wrong doing or malicious intent.
I agree with your evaluative stance that the SEC should keep a watchful eye. I researched that both Elaine Greenberg and Mary Hansen are the two people handling this from the SEC. The phone number to contact them is 215-597-3100 and their emails are email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Every one involved should be notified to contact them directly to voice our valid concerns! Please get the word out.
tebetz , this is your what second post by this name , WHY NOW !!!The technology is tied up in the court system and GBRC HAS no MONEY or investors to run with the ball! As for wrong doing / malicious intent , FIRST Frank , Jeff , and Hawk did a good job of selling us a BILL of goods ( NO KY jelly ). Then Frank took his retirement and dumped the load on the next Jeff. He did NOTHING good or bad !!!Then came Ken . I THINK he wants to do something with IPWG , BUT can't get control of the TECH.. Ken come out of the woodwork , show us your not the assh--e we think you are !!!!
As for an answer to "WHY NOW?", I'm not qiute sure when a good time to post is other than when the thought motivates me. I'll be sure to check with you next time for a "suitable" time. Please make your remarks relevant!
I just wanted to give this investment more than enough time to run it's course before I write it off in MY mind. But before closure, I thought it relevant to air my frustrations and suspicions. It's one thing that an inovative technology is not viable. But another when it IS viable and in the hands of crooks. While Frank may have allowed the dollar signs to hinder progression, he's become a thing of the past and I defer to those in charge now to make educated decisions. At the end of the day, the technology IS viable and would like to see someone do SOMETHING useful, which'll benifit the environment AND shareholders.
What are you talking about? IPWG is a scam as much as GBRC and if you don't believe me go on their message board (IHUB or Yahoo) and say something nice about them, the investors will crucify you!

Mixed messages coming through.
Someone is trying to give the Kiss of Life to the corpse from Frank's imagination.
Too late to mention "strong sell".
A good cigar would need about a million shares.
As another GBRC shareholder, I'm not just disappointed, I'm ANGRY!
Ken Kinsella, what are you up to? Where are you? Why are you not looking out for stockholders interests?
We invested in a forward-looking, viable new technology and you have been screwing around with it since you joined the company!
This is a total outrage and an insult to all investors. Yes, the SEC needs to look into this - many of us have lost thousands of dollars. Something is VERY wrong.
