    After getting back in went out quickly at

    $46....and am still out.
    Long term , yeah, over 10 years it should do ok, but near term, the exposure to BP, RIG and HAL could be devestating to the sector. And, when the markets start to continue to tank (when they stop covering the Euro) (and China falls again), this sector will also tank. A lot of downside risk. Be careful. But if you're averaging monthly, you should be ok no matter what over the long haul.
