Rumors of resource actions/layoffs. Maybe they will take a charge etc in Q3/Q4 not sure what that would do the price.
Will move price up in time. This is part of their $25M commitment in reductions against run-rate costs. I think all groups got hit ~ 10% or so. Still lots can be trimmed there. But moving in right direction.
