That would be today, for the homebulders this is the worst it's going to get from a negative press, just ask yourself do you know anybody that is being forclosed on? That should be all the info you need to buy this security that has been down 7 weeks in a row, remember nothing in this market goes straight up or down.

And there is ample blood to go around to all the talking heads, this might just be the greatest time to buy all the homebuilders.

That means now, 7 straight down weeks going into this week, need a close above 3.90 to end the streak, we will get it this week, close friday above 4.
