While the recent flood caused shutdown at one N. American facility [ Wellsville NY ] will have a short term impact, I would suggest that chronic problems will have a long term impact on performance unless addressed QUICKLY. These would be:
A. Very poor on time deliverly performance B. On-going poor performance from the Supply Chain organization [ very poor Quality suppliers utilized on an on-going basis that seems to be driving a lot of the problems in item A] C. Lack of effective product control during Mfg. D. Poential Labor problems driven by ongoing pressure for give backs while Senior Management continues with increased bonus and misc. perks. E. Silo organization structure F. Continued lack of accountability of Senior management for their poor performance [ Supply chain Sr. management would be a perfect example]
It would seem that DRC's lack of will to put their house in order could result in a downturn in stock price. DRC's actions to address RAPIDLY their chronic problems will be the KEY for investor determination on where this stock is going to end up in the long term.
