I am considering buying into the REIT sector now and was wondering how the owners or potential owners would rate MNRTA against other REITs? I would like to buy 2 or 3 solid companies with yields above 6 or 7%.
One that I have heard good things about is O. Their dividend is growing very nicely; although the yield isn't as high.
Another one that has been recommended is MPW. Nice yield and good financials.
Thanks for your comments
a fraud.....lol you guys are just full of yourselves aren't you....lol It's a bad example because he has not coached since I was crrying my scooby doo lunch box to class - Mr. Landy is still the head honch here and doing quite well and I have been shareholder for a long time - long enough to remember the long march to the 100 million benchmark that still kills me a fraud - what and whom I am i defrauded;....lol get a life - go back your internet chat room !!!!
....we are talking abouts stocks and MNRTA - who cares about your idiotic sports references that have absolutely no relevance here whatsoever - my guess is that you wer beat up a lot as a child....lol
And by the way the only "fact" I inquired about was how long Mr. Landy intended to run the company and that I am much in favor of him doing so
“....and how long has it been since he 9 wooden) coached......lol bad example”
If you heard him speak you would realize that is exactly what he is still doing...he is coaching people on life.
I used Wooden as an example of what is possible. As for being a bad example I am not sure if I understand your point.
I mean I suppose it’s a good thing if your CEO can run up and down the basketball court for hours day after day.
You might be on to something :)
