In Denver, warehouse space is getting sucked up by legal indoor pot growing operatiions. A lot of the older, maybe tear down warehouses are being turned into legal grow ops. There is no more cheap warehouse space in the Denver Metro area. Companies like MNR or Prologics won't lease to the grow ops but all those older privately owned, properties are getting leased up to grow ops.
