    Promotion and Sales

    Rosetta's business model has played itself out. They are weak in their approach to selling into the educational market in the U.S. and do not seem to understand how they must adapt their offerings.
    Unfortunately, the biggest language market in the U.S. is Spanish, a language of doubtful long-run utility in the U.S. In fact, studying Spanish is a waste of time for most Americans.
    These weaknesses are not lost on the stock market and that is why the stock is below its IPO price.
