comcast keeps raising my bill
same cable and HS internet as ever and bill continues higher like they sneek the hike in a little bit every few months. They don't realize that wages haven't been going up and people have lost employment?

Me too! Plus I think their website is weak. I get my voice mail from the site and it often takes minutes to get logged. Then it seems like forever after clicking the voice mail for it to start playing. I very often do not get my email telling me I have voice mail.
And making payments online is hit or miss. They have all this fancy stuff going on that chugs along and sometimes accepts the payment and sometimes doesn't.
I just got an email from them saying my payment was reading for viewing. I made the payment 2 days ago, it shows when I log into my account, I have a confirmation number and it has cleared my bank!!!
Comcast is the only one that doesn't know they have been paid? They'll probably start charging late payment fees.- 1 Reply to twlack

Agreed, for cable with 1 pay channel, HD, forced DVR because they don't have any units with just HD and cable modem I'm at 155.00 a month. So I'm quite happy to say I'm going to a dish and just keeping the modem saving over 50.00 a month.
