Today Comcast gets to pick up their equipment. We are sick of the rate increases to have the right to pay a lot of money for services that 1) don't work (satellite gets better reception then Comcast cable in south FL. sunny day cable is out then you get a 50 cent credit for the day on a 100 dollar a month bill)
All the equipment is on the front porch your sub contractor who put 50,000 holes in my house to charge me 99 dollars for the install which had to be redone 6 times is no longer allowed to touch my house if they do i will be happy to send them to jail for trespassing.
Its all on the front porch in bags. pick it up and LEAVE!!! we are glad to see ya go!!
we are sick of poor customer service with a company that does not care and high prices.
I just canceled my Comcast TV. I called Comcast thinking I would put everything on the same plan: TV, Internet and phone. Everything was $190.00. And then I called AT&T and got U-verse. Very happy with the installation and the price for all. Comcast keeps charging and charging more and cares nothing about its local customers. After I returned all their equipment, on the same day I got a letter from Comcast: "We want you back!" Well, too late Comcast, should have offered me a better deal. U-verse has much more to offer in terms of channels and I love the DVR and the wireless connections in two of our TVs.
Call them and ask them to give u the promotional rate they are offering to new customers. I did and they dropped my bill from $196/mo to $109 for first year and $124 second year and are sending me an extra hd box for free... I have the 3x play pkg
I did that i asked for the promo rate. They said NO we rather loose you as a customer than give you a promo rate. They did not even have the respect for me to send out a Comcast employee they sent a subcontractor.
