    Call Center service

    I am an employee in NJ their new buisness role is dont care about customers just checks.everything is being slashed to extreme not enough help in all their systems.we are operating at a 60% less employee count for customer service..figure it out

    • correct, they are consolidating company wide. California Call Center shut down and service calls are being routed through WA call center now. The Billing and Retention Reps in Fife, WA now told to move to Denver or find a job in the Sales dept in Fife or the final option get laid off. Cmcsa has been doing this for the last couple of years now, just doing it as slow and behind the scenes out of media view as possible
