    Deceptive practices and harassing Telemarket calls to cell phone.

    They engage in truly deceptive business practices... Most notably charging customers rental fees on equipment that was given to them as "free" due to the analog to digital conversion. 3 years later, the fee now shows per device that was agreed on to be free. Also receive unwanted and harassing Telemarket calls on my cell phone to purchase additional service. My number is registered in the national do not call registry and have repeatedly asked them to stop calling to no avail. Customer service as atrocious, and 1 month I was double billed coming out of a promotional plan into the normal plan. They decided to bill me both rates.... Took almost an act of congress to get someone on the phone smart enough to fix the mistake. Roughly 10 - 1 hour long calls. Also, took 1 week to activate a cable card device and multiple visits. Very frustrating company to deal with. Netflix and Hulu will smoke these jokers, unless they start to become strictly a content production company and less a service provider. Based on personal customer service experience, it appears so...
