Would they attempt another reverse split?

Just let it go to the otcbb. The major exchanges are for companies that actually sell their products. The otcbb is for all the other companies that exist but have no sales to speak of.

    • I was LMAO as I went to bed earlier tonight. I am LMAO again as I go back to bed now :-)

    • It's incompetence, but in this case I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill.

Whatever the company had when Gotcher was still CEO, they clearly lost it. It's also the reason why HEV and BCON had a higher market cap most of the time even though they were destined to fail. Like Gotcher, they were able to induce confidence.

What more is there to say? We have a new board and new management. They have been spying, here, so they should know exactly what to do. I think they will fail, as Copeland did. This will always be a pathetic bunch, a collection of amateurs IMO, but the least we can do is give them the time they deserve.

    • OMG(osh)! This is just like the Black Swan!!

    • <ok. So you're suggesting management deliberately killed the momentum>

Once again you twist what was clearly stated:

<1) They either want to keep the PPS down for whatever reasons that may or may not benefit shareholders in the future.

      2) They are so incompetent that they didn't catch on to the obvious effect it would have and issue it AH on a Friday where it would have had minimal impact.

I really don't care which it is, but like I said... my reasons for holding were gone>

That was only one possibility of the multiple scenarios I stated, but once again... you choose to only see what you want to see. I stand by that it was EITHER deliberate or incompetence. It very well could be in current long's best interests to keep price down until they transfer the domicile to Delaware. I don't know and I don't care. The risk/reward just doesn't fit my parameters at this time, but I will continue to watch their progress.

Which brings us to the whole point. I have made this decision not on beliefs or panic, but on hard facts. You keep doing what works (or doesn't) for you and I'll keep doing what has been extremely successful for me.

    • ok. So you're suggesting management deliberately killed the momentum, of the stock, by issuing that 8-k. Not only that, but someone was fronrunning the news.

      TOO FUNNY !

Do you even know how ridiculous and stupid that sounds ? :-)))

      Unbelievable.

And there is ABAT again and other irrelevant stuff, typical when lb is in a tight spot clutching at straws.

      End of debate, moron. LOL.

    • <The momentum was already dead.>

LOL! You don't think certain people knew the 8-K was going to be filed in a few hours and didn't frontrun it?

Also... you know I didn't dump 100K at once.

You continue to be delusional. The numbers speak for themselves, but you always have a reason to hang on just a little longer. How did that work for you with ABAT?

I'll bet I am providing great entertainment to many here that are fed up with your "stupid American" and flag burning comments. The FACT remains... I make money while you lose it and that is how the score is kept. You have no credibility.

    • >> There was no major event that required immediately filing.

Perhaps the SEC was asking questions. Perhaps they got a dozen phone calls from investors. You don't know.
There is no causation between the stock losing momentum and the release of the 8-k, except in your mind.

    • >> FACT: On 01/03 they put out a wishy-washy 8-K that killed the momentum.

WRONG. It closed at $0.66 the day before, the low of the day. The momentum was already dead. There was bound to be an after "shock" following the sell-off of a couple of days earlier, despite the 8-k.

      >> The next day the price hit a low of .576.

Because YOU triggered a sell-off dumping 100k shares.

      >> From .725 to .576 in one day and you don't think momentum was killed

You mean 24 hours. Two days.

Like I said, you believe what you want to believe.
      Now, quit wasting my time.

    • <You panicked and sold below $0.60>

LOL! I don't panic. I make my buys and sells based on the best information I have at the time and do so dispassionately. That is why I don't fall in love with stocks and lose money when the fundamentals change.

I got out even when my reasons for buying were no longer valid.

You also keep misrepresenting my problem with the filing. It was a gray area and whether they chose to file it or not isn't the issue. There was no major event that required immediately filing. I agree the filing was "appropriate", but the timing could be of their choosing. To do it when the stock was building momentum from artificial downward momentum indicates one of two things:

      1) They either want to keep the PPS down for whatever reasons that may or may not benefit shareholders in the future.

      2) They are so incompetent that they didn't catch on to the obvious effect it would have and issue it AH on a Friday where it would have had minimal impact.

I really don't care which it is, but like I said... my reasons for holding were gone and I got out even. I made a ton of money last year by not losing money. You don't understand that concept as your "facts" have you down over 90% on some of your investments.

    • <They didn't kill the momentum. You believe what you want to believe.>

You often have a tough time comprehending what is right in front of you:

FACT: On 12/29 they had a huge amount of institutional dumping. I was watching for this and picked up shares at the LOD which was .63.

      12/29/2011 0.75 0.75 0.63 0.63 1,625,518

FACT: On 12/30 it moved up to .685 and on 01/03 it moved as high as .725. This was clearly a nice momentum move after the tax loss/window dressing selling from the end of the year.

FACT: On 01/03 they put out a wishy-washy 8-K that killed the momentum. The next day the price hit a low of .576. From .725 to .576 in one day and you don't think momentum was killed:

      01/04/2012 0.66 0.7 0.576 0.601 208,842

The hard numbers don't make it "choosing to believe". Whether YOU believe it or not... those are the FACTS of what happened.
