    RHAT selling knowledge

What is to stop a group of their "experts" from leaving and starting their own consulting company? What does RHAT offer their customers that this group of individuals could not offer? In fact, wouldn't RHAT be weaker and less competitive without them? There are really no barriers to entry into this business and all the software is free. Linux is a great arena for the small to medium size consulting firm that could quickly scale up in size. Once companies hire more technical personnel with Linux experience, why do they need RHAT?
