If that were true then why are they basically writing off the whole mine and shutting it down? I believe they are taking a $280M charge onQ3. I'm no expert but that sounds like they aren't very optimistic about being able to continue mining there. So much for finally churning out the cash. This also explains why they purchased the Grayd assets. I didn't understand why they would choose now to add to their reserves when they had just opened up 5 mines and haven't reached their goals in production yet. This seems like a very unfortunate event and/or bad management. Either way, I've seen enough and sold my position. I was willing to give them until the end of the year but this seems like a permanent loss and I don't see them recovering for a number quarters.
