What if someone told you about a stock that's undervalued by all these quantitative measures? 1. Market cap at 1x TTM sales 2. Revenue projected to be growing at 80% 3. Margins expanding at 100 to 250 basis points per quarter 4. Guidance of profitability in 4 months 5. Zero debt 6. $1.64 in cash per share
I know what the shorts will say... "Just because they guide it, does not mean it will come true".
Management has either hit or beat revenue and margins guidance - look back at previous quarterly/yearly conference calls to see for yourself. It'll be great once they reach profitability, however, the share price will reflect as such if you wait till everyone sees the great opportunity as well.
As long as they are gaining revenue, margins, momentum, and market share - I'm happy.
