What would you sue them for? It's not like they spread the false buyout rumor. And anyways... the buyout rumor has hurt their stock price more than anything.
If you want your money back, perhaps you should stick to Monopoly and get out of the stock market. -
Just buy some OCZ Oct or Nov $4 puts and you'll get your money back. You'll get your money back and maybe and then some.

Heh. Don't count on it. Generally there is nothing you can do to get money back - you are the owner of a company. Who are you going to sue, the company? That's suing yourself. I suppose you can sue management if they broke the law, but there's no evidence for that here. This is the stock market. Stocks go up, stocks go down - people make money, people lose money. Those are the breaks. There are no do-overs and when you lose money it's just gone.
