I'm pegging tangibe assets around 70M. They are probably burning 5-10M a quarter. They need financing and they need profits. I would say a fair price for this stock is between 1.3 and 2.3 until they get some of the negatives wrapped up. Dead money here. If they turn this around it will definitely double from here. Will they do it? Don't know. Sure looks like they need to raise cash.
If Vector can generate 5 or 10 percent more sales and they continue sell down a little more old inventory and pick up the Enteprise by 10% they could make it out okay though. They probably need to raise cash to protect themselves yes. It is hard to tell what Enterprise business they are winning that would be question to ask but with the distributor channels coming on play that should increase sales moving forward. They have things in place to increase revenue products, channels, research into new products a design win would be nice and the cavet still in my opinion until they fill out into a mid market player.
Sounds about right. The question is the impact on barefoot in other products. Can they get design in wins. How did they pay back the 5 million in November? Was it because of sales or reduction of inventory in mass? Accounts Receivable is better reduces stress by reducing days of cash outstanding or days of sales outstanding. Payments are current on all expenses. It is hard to decide what to do with these numbers. 110 million was the same number previos management would say as well.
Im predicting their plan doesnt get approved and they go to the pinksheets...i also think this is their plan. You can raise all the money you want down there and not have to tell investors anything. All IMO.
