Under the terms of the exception, on or before February 28, 2013, the Company must file its 10-Q for the period ended August 31, 2012 and all other delinquent periodic reports, as required by the Rule. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. "

    On February 19, 2013, OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and announced that the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) has accepted the Company’s plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”) which will permit the continued listing of the Company’s stock on the Nasdaq Capital Markets. Under the terms of the revised exception, on or before April 8, 2013, the Company must file its Forms 10-Q for the period ended August 31, 2012 and November 30, 2012, and any other delinquent periodic reports as required by the Rule. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

    • Good grief, last post on this, it is the same extension modified which is for 180 days and the clock started on October11, 2012.
      "The Nasdaq letter notes that the Company is required to submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s filing requirements for continued listing no later than February 1, 2013. Upon acceptance of the Company’s compliance plan, Nasdaq is permitted to grant an extension of up to 180 days from the initial delinquent filing, or until April 8, 2013, for the Company to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s filing requirements for continued listing." This is the first of two possible 180 day extensions. OCZ will get another 180 days if needed.

    • I think it clearly states in what you posted that the 1st (and only) extension was revised. They can still do another extension. This is getting old they need to release the financials.
