Hokiestosk: the best answer from "game over" 20-40 days after appeal request to meet with nasdaq then after meeting a decision 1-3 weeks after that. According to Austin Craig calling Nasdaq.
If anyone has a better answer give it. But that would sound right to me
How sure are you of this?
My understanding is that they have 7 days following the delisting letter to formally request a hearing (which they mentioned as the plan to stay the delisting). This would have fallen in line with their PR announcement, on April 19th. So I would surmise that they have already requested the hearing. If so, then we are now waiting for what is happening with the hearing.
I thought 15 days is for issuing a formal appeal beyond the hearing. Although I'd imagine there would be problems if they don't stay the delisting via the hearing.
The 8K form states, "...in connection with the hearing request, the Company will formally request a stay of any delisting action pending the conclusion of the hearing process to extend the delisting deadline."
My understanding may be wrong. I have not gone through this process before.
If my understanding is correct, then I'd be curious to know how long can these hearings go on before a resolution arrives.
