This thing will come to a conclusion in the next 43 days. At this point, I'm exhausted. Really hard to understand how a year has gone by and they still have not filed. If this thing does go bad, I'm going to file a complaint with the SEC regarding NASDAQ. I interpreted NASDAQ continual filing extensions as an endorsement of OCZs compliance plan. If they don't file, NASDAQ needs to be held accountable, along with both OCZ management teams. When they file, its going to be very interesting reading.
you have been here as long as I have ( maybe a bit longer) It has been clear that nothing was going to happen until after they file. It has also become clear that they will not file until they have to. Been patient this long, heck, 43 days is a walk in the park. As the deadline draws near there is more and more negative chatter on the board. I imagine the work of shorts trying to get the best cover price and mm's finding the best price to get in. Don't get caught up in all the hoopla.
