Oh yeah? Well...Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.--Deuteronomy 22:10
Good for you! God love wealth, look at the Church and all that gold and riches......
God likes wealth.
...God would like poor to not exist.
...God wants all to be wealthy.
I am wealthy. Got all I really need.
and a dang good looking wife too!!!
Dear Disciple,
Does not the Parable of the Talents show us through example that investing is acceptable?
Does not Ecclesiastes tell us that there is nothing better for people to do than eat, drink and enjoy the fruits of their labor - In other words - to enjoy a little prosperity?
We are warned against the love of money. I see this as pursuing wealth to the point of harming your family, your health, the well-being of employees, etc. God would wish us all to enjoy a little prosperity.
The entire proverb that I recall is that Money answers all things, but the love of money is the root of all evil.
Most people would not consider building security for your family to be the love of money.
Best Regards,
Causeman
What should we do with all this money? Give it to you so you can dispose of it? I am so burdened.
