The Offending Oil Well Should Be Exploded. The Oil is 15000' below The Sea Floor and The Pressure of 5000'of Sea Water Will Cause the Well To Be Caved in by Navy Explosives.
Otherwise, the Gulf Will Become A Vast Dead-Zone.
