FOR GOD'S SAKE -- OIL FLOATS!!
For crying out loud OIL FLOATS!!! BP should have an armada of boats and tankers skimming the oil off the surface within a 5 mile radius of the epicenter!!!!!! Keep it contained on the surface. OIL FLOATS!!!!!

Petroleum oil floats. It may wiggle it's way up to the surface. But it floats. It can't help it.

Yeah..they messed up pumping those chemicals on it..22 mile plume headed to florida beachs right now..its below the surface to 3000ft..

this is raw crude. there is sand mixed in it. the weight of the sand keeps the crude from surfacing.

those tankers.
