Do you understand they've recklessly ruined the Gulf for decades?
Why would you want them to go bankrupt? How do you expect them to pay anything towards claims and clean up if they go bankrupt? If they do, the tax payer will be on the hook and the claimants screwed 100%.
People better hope BP stays solvent and running their biz if they want to get reimbursed.
