    Idea to contain oil...

Make a pipe with welded belt loops on bottom terminal end. Put bungee cords on belt loops and attach them around lower BOP. This pipe should be say 5/8” thick aluminum having a wide diameter greater than the oil gas discharge flow width coming out entire BOP top. Place over entire BOP top many feet as possible below multiple top orifice discharges after finding suitable neck area for crimping. Use tool similar to hydraulic shears but instead being circular grasping several feet above bottom of pipe. Cutting blade should be replaced with one blunt somewhat honed edge surface around entire jaw circumference. Do not make sharp tool edge. Crimping not cutting is desired. Fabricate a hydraulic crimping tool that provides just enough pressure for the aluminum pipe crimp. Depth pressure also must be taken into consideration. Have a steel bolt tighten hose clamp below terminal bottom of aluminum pipe to bring up onto said pipe and fasten (fasten at aluminum part below belt loops). Have a large diameter flexible “fire” hose attached to top flange of aluminum pipe said hose wider than this aluminum pipe diameter. (continued)
