IF BO becomes a nuisance or a hinderance, BP NA files BK - few assets and little cash left in NA - small loss to BP parent.I assume the GS guys are that smart too.
Do you know or are you assuming that the $20 bil will be committed by the US sub as opposed to the parent? This is an important point.
