I put down $60,000 I am now walking away because the condo is worth only $150,000. I will sue for my 60 K , My bank can sue for the difference, I just dont care anymore
and now you are going to sue?
Good LUCK!
Let's step back and take a look at the big picture in this "I want it today" World. How many millennia has the planet been cleaning up leaking oil without any human intervention?? As unfortunate as this is now, it isn't permanent!
This BP issue will be resolved - as a nation we should perhaps be more concerned about who will be drilling and producing off the coast of Cuba...given the idiocy of each Administration to allow that dictatorship to exist year after year after decade after decade.
These are the suits that will bankrupt BP. They will have to file for protection. It's about saving the business. Common stock will take the hit. American Taxpayer will pay the bill. Courts more likely to rule against BP than US taxpayer. You will have to root for BP to survive. Good luck with that as it doesn't look likely.
I own a house 70 miles east of there. I only paid $65,000.00 for it. It is worth $127,000.00 today. I will sell it at the end of summer for $130,000.00 . I already have 6 offers to buy it at current price of $127,000.00 but I declined.
I have a $25,000 bid
The spill began in April. You dumb fool.
what if oil leak reaches MIAMI ?
scary !
I never understand how people can sue for loss on investments.
You made a mistake and the value of the house went down. Its your fault. I didn't sue garmin when I lost my butt 2 years ago.
Or lets look at this from another perspective. Say the property you bought went up in value. it worths a million now. Would you pay BP some of that money you made? NO. Then why should bp pay for your loss.
your from an alien world
Bp needs to pay for free trump seminars for everyone in golf region so they can still enjoy watching tiger woods save children from golf ignroance and monogamy.
glory to the human tampons made wise through pride and the angry dumm aas who enforces tampon praise.
