... for all decision making aboard the deepwater horizon.BP signed the indemnification agreement with Transocean, thus acknowledging that fact. Now, BP acts like the agreement doesn't even EXIST.So much for "rule of law".S
D amn there a lot of Corporate Lawyers on this board.Tell me how many Clauses are included in the Contract?Who (out of the parties) was responsible for maintenance on the BOP ?Where can I get to read a copy of the lease contracts?
They are not responsible. With all this govt BS, stop paying into fund and re-instate dividend
Another crybaby RIG pumper, crying foul!!!! LOL!!!!BP, RIG, HAL, CAM, should all be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for negligent criminal behavior!!!
It doesn't matter how BP acts like. They own this one.
... BP would have taken full responsibility, paid it and moved on.The ONLY reason BP is trying to cast off blame is because of the magnitude of the thing. It's like "rule of law" only applies in the "big" cases. The transocean employees on that rig may have had opinions but the decisions were BP's to make. BP had been making them on that rig since it was first built and they started leasing it.S
