I do not believe it since they just said in their report "we have a definative agreement in place.....". I still believe this is the Arbs wet dream going on here. They will use the fear in the market and the retail guy calling his broker today saying take the moeny and run......and in two weks, the stock is 63-65 and everybody says "What happened"? while the Arbs on on their 4th home in the Hamptons.
