I think the CAT tax is going to go away. The Governor will line item veto it out of the state budget. I think what is holding PENN up is that they want to move their two race tracks and the Governor won't let them.
I think Penn wants a lower tax at the tracks they are already exempt from the Cat tax, like the Casinos have at 33% instead of 50%,,,, without tables it to high and not competitive. Have you heard anything?
