Its amazing how they guided revenue lower, but came up with other news to hide it. I can't understand how they can structure these companies without a secondary offer.
This is the real story from yesterday. They might also issue secondary to give dividend etc. REIT comes with the risk of shareholders owing the risk of asset values. This company is pushing the risk down to the shareholders.
i'm just dam glad i finally had a chance to sell this stock at a profit, after buying it during the #$%$ buyout lies. Never trusted mgmt. after that, and never will.
