    School Time, Mannastuffers... Gather Around!

    According to the MTEX Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on May 13, 2013:

    Net Sales for the first Quarter, ending on March 31, 2013, was $41,666,000.

    Commissions & Incentives, for the same period was $17,541,000.

    The Total number of Associates and Members (A&M) on March 31, 2013, was 231,000.

    Let's do the Math, to see what that tells us!

    Dividing Net Sales by the A&M shows that, on average, each A&M accounted for $180.37 in Net Sales for the ENTIRE Quarter!

    Let's break that down!

    That's $60.12 a month!
    That's $13.87 a week!
    That's $1.98 a day in a 7-day week!
    That's $2.31 a day in a 6-day week!
    That's $2.77 a day in a 5-day week!

    Dividing Commissions and Incentives by the A&M shows that, on average, each A&M earned:

    $75.94 for the Entire Quarter!
    That's $25.31 a month!
    That's $5.84 a week!
    That's $0.83 a day in a 7-day week!
    That's $0.97 a day in a 6-day week!
    That's $1.17 a day in a 5-day week! Voila! Starvation City... doesn't even pay for your phone bill!

    What fools... what suckers... some people are!

    Let's get rid of 90% of your competition and let you keep the same Net Sales and Commissions & Incentives.

    Net Sales divided by only 23,000 A&M's =
    $1,811.57 a quarter
    $603.86 a month
    $139.35 a week
    $19.91, $23.23, and $27.87 for a 7-, 6-, and 5-day week, respectively.

    Commissions and Incentives divided by ONLY 23,000 A&M's =
    $762.65 a quarter in earnings
    $254.22 a month in earnings
    $58.67 a week in earnings
    $8.38, $9.78, and $11.73 for a 7-, 6-, and 5-day week, respectively

    Even after getting rid of 90% of your competition while keeping the same total Net Sales and Commissions & Incentives of 231,000 A&M's, you may be able to buy your lunch with your earnings. Remember, this is the average, so half of you will earn less than these figures.

    The worst part is YOU have to lie, deceive or scam most of your customers to buy, basically SNAKE OIL!

    Smarten up--the share prices are manipulated... Mannatech has nothing really going for it! Con artists, ALL!

    • Let's further show the board what suckers the vast majority of Associates really are, when they listen to and believe the baloney spread around by Mannatech CEO Rob Sinnott and the Associates' Uplines.

      According to the latest 2013 Form 10-Q for the First Quarter, or 3-month period ending March 31, 2013, and filed with the SEC on May 13, 2013:

      Commissions & Incentives, for that period was $17,541,000.

      The Total number of Associates and Members (A&M) on March 31, 2013, was 231,000.

      Dividing Commissions and Incentives by the A&M shows that, on Average, each A&M earned:

      $75.94 for the Entire Quarter; or $5.84 a week, based on 13-weeks in a Quarter!

      It was earlier shown that if you grew your business by 10% the first year, your weekly Commissions and Incentives would increase by 58 cents, and you would be earning all the way up to $6.42 a week!

      Let's not be pikers! Lets let your business grow by 20%, and let's compound it annually!

      Start: $5.84 a week during 2013

      2014 = $7.01 / week

      2015 = $8.41 / week

      2016 = $10.09 / week

      2017 = $12.11 / week

      2018 = $14.53 / week

      2019 = $17.44 / week

      2020 = $20.93 / week

      2021 = $25.12 / week

      2022 = $30.14 / week

      2023 = $36.17 / week

      You have increased your weekly Commissions and Incentives by over 6-times, in the following 10 years... IF you grow YOUR business by 20% compounded annually--a very successful accomplishment--but you will still only be earning a little over $36 a week. How can you live on that--EVEN if there is NO INFLATION during the 10-years!

      But, these earnings are On AVERAGE! That means that half of the Associates, or about 115,500, will earn less! In fact, because the various Presidentials earn huge amounts compared to all the others--way more than half of all the Associates will be earning a lot less than even $5.84 a week now, and will make less than $36 a week in 10 more years (provided you GROW your business by 20% a year compounded annually)!

      Very few of this 231,000 will achieve this!

      • It appears the Mannastuffers are STILL being suckered-in today by the early release of M'tech's 2nd QTR financial results.

        Let me quickly cut to the chase... a great, yet simple barometer of just how well the Company is doing is to see how much the vast majority of Associates are earning as part of a downline. Today's financial results for the QTR ending June 30, 2013, states that Commissions and Incentives (C&I) were $19,181,000 compared to the 1st QTR ending March 31, 2013, at $17,541,000.

        Total Associates and Members (A&M) for this 2nd QTR period was at 240,000, compared to the 231,000 at the end of the 1st QTR.

        Do not think that these increases of $1,640,000 of C&I and 9,000 A&M are helping much.

        On average, each A&M received $79.92 for this ENTIRE QTR, compared to last QTR's $75.94, which computes, on average, to $6.15 per week, compared to last QTR's $5.84 per week.

        Yep! Despite having 9,000 more Associates, and having Hong Kong open on April 15, the average A&M is making only $6.15 a week! This means half of the 240,000 A&M, or 120,000, are earning LESS than $6.15 a week!

        Actually, it's A LOT worse than this, because it is a TOP-HEAVY income-system, with the vast majority of the C&I going to the 8 top levels--platinum, gold, silver, bronze, presidential, executive, national and regional--each year, with the top Platinum's earning millions of dollars each year. There's little left for the remaining 235,000, or so, A&M!

        Anyone wanting to peddle snake-oil for less than $7 per week, is a fool! I've been posting on this board for over 14-years and the entire operation has mainly been a scam of the Public and over 95% of all the current and past A&M's.

        Do the math & research the Company and its past/current top people. See why the stock went from $26.10 a share down to 34 cents; Market Cap from over $691 million to less than $10 million. Today's SP is really LESS than $1.40, due to its 1-to-10 Reverse Split on 01/17/2012.

        Do NOT be deceived!

    • Sorry,

      But as we know from the posters on this board, who don't have a J.O.B. and are making 6 figure amounts from MTEX

      "Even after getting rid of 90% of your competition while keeping the same total Net Sales and Commissions & Incentives of 231,000 A&M's, you may be able to buy your lunch with your earnings. Remember, this is the average, so half of you will earn less than these figures."

      This is not correct. The distribution of earnings are not in a normal, bell-shaped curve distribution. The top of this pyramid scheme is making most of the money, so way more than half of the A&M's make less than the average amount.

      BTW, this stock is on it's way to the moooooooooooooooooon here lately. I closed my short position out years ago. There wasn't enough left to bother. But there seems to be a little meat on this bone again, I might have to revisit this.

      Sentiment: Sell

    • Have you read the corrected report for Mannatech's 2013 First Quarter Financial Result; as well as the transcript from this morning's First Quarter earnings call?

      Following is the gist of much of what you'll read... you can check them out yourself to verify them:

      * M’tech accrued expenses of approximately $400,000 related to the Separation Agreement with B. Keith Clark

      * Net Sales was $41.7 million, down $2.8 million (-6.3%)

      * North American Net Sales decreased by $2 million or -8.9%

      * Fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates impacted unfavorably by $800,000

      * Net Sales in Asia/Pacific area decreased by $300,000 or -1.7%

      * Europe, Middle East and Africa net sales decreased by $500,000, or -12.8%

      * Net Inventory balance decreased by $1.5 million or -9.9%

      * Shareholders’ equity decreased by $300,000

      * M’tech did not pay dividends

      * M’tech did not repurchase shares on the open market

      In addition, we also know:

      * The Company still owes $8.5 million in back taxes and $1.5 million in penalties, to the IRS, for the years 2005-2009, inclusive

      * M'tech is being sued again in another multi-million dollar discrimination and harassment lawsuit based on gender, involving another former executive

      Can you believe ALL the decreased Sales reported despite an increase of 10.1% in new Associates recruited, and an added Country to its marketplace--Hong Kong?

      Come on, all you future Downliners--sign up NOW as an Independent Associate so that you too can earn, in Commissions and Incentives (while you grow your business), the astounding rate--on average--of $5.84 a week (see the math in braz_namib's post)!

      $5.84 should get you almost 1 1/2 gallons of gasoline... take a trip... go visit a neighbor across the street... relax in his/her back yard... shoot the breeze awhile, before you make the trip back home! Tell him/her you'll see them next week!

      Grow your business 10% the 1st year, you can add-on another 58 cents... be all the way up to $6.42 a week!
