This is why Kmart was bought, and Sears by lambert...the real estate...50 million adds to the coffers, this is a perfect take out co for Buffett or someone else..even Lambert being that he's also in the auto parts business! Good luck here, it's a buy and hold and a gift down at these levels.

We all know what Lambert did to KM, took it BK and was able to because the Real Estae was depreciated down to "zero" on the books. After the BK reissues new stock and buys Sears. Way to screw over common shareholders of KM.

Why do you think PBY would go bankrupt if they have a tangible book value of $8.63?
PBY is trading at 1.03 tangible book value while the industry average is 14.63.
I assume you are short, right? at what price?
I'm long at $8.60 and am feeling pretty good about it.
