the conference call will transpire in less than 1.5 hours.It will be interesting to see what the analyts take on it is. and if they provide positive research notes.My guess is, they will!the main question that needs to be presented is what needs to be done to the debt covenants to allow the company to begin buying back its own shares, afterall.... if their debt covenants already allow the payment of cash dividends, the feasibilty of a stock buyback plan being initiated should not be that far behind.
I'd rather have the dividend. Quite honestly I jsut see them buying the shares back and giving out more equity awards so the share count stays static. If they had an AZO plan where they boguht back shares to help increase EPS then i'd be more on board.
A $50M share buyback won't really spike this stock if suddenly management gets more equity-based awards in their comp.
