Increase Staff for better service
Do you know why pepboys does not make enough money? Its because they have inadequate staff and its just not enough help for all the customers. There is a poor guy at the parts counter juggling phones/customers at all times!! Maybe if the staffing issue was addressed the company can stay afloat!
