Fire all the directors to get this company headed in right direction
For too many years the bone-headed directors have taken no definitive action to correct the poor performance of the firm [which would help the stock price].
Shareholders just keep re-electing the same dummies to board and you have all seen what the stockprice has done to show for it.
Wise up and oust em all.
