Are all the new service and tire location going to continue to drain earnings? Are we turning into Firestone and Midas? Vamp the current line of accessories and get more parts where the real profits are? Look at AZO and ORLY and see the very small selection of accessories and they seem to be doing well. Having more of everything isn't always the best way to proceed.
why do you feel it drains earnings? also having service garages at PepBoys distinguishes it from AZO and AAP. What is needed is a lower shop rate and service specials or loyalty programs to be promoted.
