    Befuddled but willing to learn

    Look mutual funds generally "won't" invest in a stock under $5, it's not that they "can't". Semantics people.

    To answer the question for real, I went into AIB recently because a> the chart says the current news and expectations is priced in and b> anything positive, and the stock will rise. $2/share would give me a roughly 75% gain, so its worth the risk to see if like Citibank they can rise from the ashes.
