    When to get into PM

I have been sitting on a small position of PM for about 6 months and really want to pick up more. Now I have been doing some research and found that at a P/E ratio of around 13 times the lowest possible analyst earnings for the upcoming year 2.58 (found on cnbc). A good place to get into PM is around 34-36 dollars. This would also give you around a 6 percent yield. That will not go away because of the companies strong cash flow.
What does everybody think of this thesis? And is there anything that i shold be taking a closer look at aswell regarding this stock.
