  I downgrade Citi also, based on valuation, cash flow, the legal problems from the housing crisis ,and the robo signing foreclosure scandal.
  I see no return to profitabilty for at least 10 years

    me too..bought @ $3.86 sold @ $4.99 yesterday, hopefully more bad news to come 1/18/11 for another dive, but Pandit will probably sugar coat. Recent insider purchases look like "fluff" to me, peanuts

  I think most analysts predict what their masters tell them to. C must have plans for its position in PM.
