The market has had a huge increase over the last three years, all the while Staples stock has not kept pace. That's fact. Been completely stagnant in relationship to it's two competitors stock values. The only one who can take the brunt of this blame is the upper management of the company. Stockholders have voted on their performance, it's a NO vote. The stock has been and will continue to be a dog as long as Sargent and his core team are left in place. If the BOD's had any insight they'd clearly see this and vote for a replacement and fire all of his surrounding cast members. It will happen because in this very challenging retail enviroment they will not be able to sit still and take no action. Number one Office Supply company, Number three stock value, go figure. Poorly managed company and Wall Street reconizes this. IMO.
