    Staples Reorganization

All corporations announce reorganization. It justifies the jobs of the morons at the top who get paid way too much and do way too little. How many committees and task forces were put together to come up with the newest flow chart?

As long as service and operations aren't affected, who really cares?

    • But they do affect store operation in some way. The whole retail industry has the same problem - the boys at the top make way to much $$ and they increase sales budgets and cut payroll at the store level to make up for it. Fewer employees at the stores lowers customer satisfaction, reduces spending and eventually leads to missed sales budgets.

That was a major factor in bringing TRU down on the Eyler era and Staples is follwong the same business model.
