    Good service at Staples

    At a Staples store in Western Nebraska I returned an Omnitech crosscut shredder that was a replacement under warranty. It had also failed. Even though I had no receipt the customer service rep. researched it and presented me with a cash card including sales tax. I hear so much about the poor service that Staples provides on this board and lack of honoring warranties, I thought for a change a bit of good word might be in line. I am also a stockholder in Staples. Best wishes to all.

      You know I had such a good experience at our local Ft. Myers, FL Staples today I wanted to look at the stock too (does the actual business even matter in the Wall Street casino anymore??? LOL)

      I've been a loyal ODP shopper since they opened, but the weird pen refills we needed were only available at SPLS so I went. I was so impressed with the store in every way, I signed up for their loyalty card and am planning my next big supply trip there.

      I hate to leave the ODP store behind like I left their stock behind, but Staples is outperforming for a reason, so as a consumer and a trader, looks like I'm switching over!
